"I called to make an appointment last Wednesday to try and get an exam before the New Year, realizing that I had not taken advantage of my insurance for the calendar year, my fault. I was at first told that they were booked until after January 1st. I was asked if I had been there before, and my response was, yes- once, about a year and a half ago. I explained that I had procrastinated about making an appointment before January, and was in a panic. I was given an appointment for today at 9 a.m. when I got there, I realized that their office did not open until 9:30, and obviously, they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Who does this nowadays for anyone? I will tell you who, People that care! I cannot thank them enough and their professionalism is top notch. I would highly recommend Tega Cay Eye Care to anyone."
